As a first step, give me a call so we can discuss your concerns, I'll answer any questions you may have, and we can determine whether working together would be a good fit. If I am not the best person to help you, I may know where you can find the help you need.

During our initial sessions, we will clarify the full nature of your needs and develop a plan to bring about the changes desired. Wherever you are at in the process, I am happy to help give you the skills to transform this part of your life from a burden to a pleasure.
